Fausto was born on October 28; he was married to Laura on July 16, 1994.  He is a dad to three great kids: Abigail, Esther, and Isaiah.

Fausto enjoys spending time with people.  He loves to play games and to help others.  He likes to work on computers and to play the guitar.

Fausto Huerta’s Testimony

I was born in Tehuacan Puebla Mexico on October 28,1973. I grew up in a Christian home which was a great preparation for what God had in store for me. God brought me to the cross in January of 1981. At the church in Tehuacan that we attended, we were studying the prophecies of the second coming of the Lord. I was just 8 years old, but the fact that Jesus was coming back to take his children with Him impacted me. Even though I had heard the gospel of Christ before, I never took it personally. On the night of January the 5^th I had a nightmare, my sister, my parents, and everyone close to me were no where to be found. I woke up so scared that I ran to the room next to me to see if anyone was there and they were. That was enough for me to make sure that I was not going to be left behind. I got on my knees and confessed my sin to God and accepted Jesus as my Savior. From then on my nightmares didn’t scare me any more. Since then the Lord has been working in my life through trials and difficulties teaching me that His ways are always the best for my life.

Laura was born on June 21st, married to Fausto on  July 16th, and has three great kids: Abigail, Esther, and Isaiah.

Laura enjoys home schooling her three children.   She likes to write and teach Bible studies.  She loves seeing people grow in their faith. Laura also likes to go bowling and to do cross stitch.

Please pray for Laura to have patience while home schooling, to not spread herself too thin, to be a blessing to others, and to grow in her walk with the Lord.

Laura struggles with learning Romanian.  Pray for her as she continues to get the language down.

Laura Huerta’s Testimony

In 1983 I accepted Christ as my Lord and Savior but I was very legalistic. When I read the Scriptures, I read them as a group of rules of what to do and what not to do. I lived with a lot of guilt and was angry with Jesus for dying on the cross for me. I deserved that punishment and couldn’t understand that God loved me enough to take my punishment. I lived with a lot of self pity.

About fifteen years later God gave me my husband, Fausto. He loved me. Which I thought was impossible to do. So I began to realize that if Fausto, a human could love me than why was I limiting God. God didn’t want me to feel angry and guilty about Christ dying on the cross. He died on the cross because it was his righteousness that could give me forgiveness and a personal relationship with Him. His dying on the cross was done to show me that He loved me. God created me and wanted me to be His child.

Abigail was born on October 15, 1997; she is in the 6th grade.

Abigail enjoys reading, learning Romanian and Spanish.

Abigail is great at playing frisbee, swimming, and playing with her friends.

Pray for Abigail to have a good school year and to not be easily discouraged.  Pray for her to grow in her knowledege and love for Christ.  Pray for her to also share her faith with others.

Esther was born on February 17, 2000; she is in the fourth grade.

Esther loves school and would be happy if it lasted all day long.  She especially enjoys typing, reading, and math.

She is very creative.  She makes her own jewelry and is always designing different things.

Pray that she will continue to love school and for her to make some really good friends.  Pray she will grow in her love for Christ.

Isaiah was born on February 15, 2002; he is in the second grade.

He really enjoys science and math.

He likes to play with his Legos, dinosaurs, and cars.

Pray for God to keep Isaiah safe and healthy, most importantly for Isaiah to grow in his knowledge and love for Christ.  Also pray that he becomes a good reader.  Thank you.
